Hardt, MD, is a joint replacement specialist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He is the Assistant Director of the Orthopaedic Surgery residency program. He joined Northwestern Medicine in 2015. Dr. Hardt is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Chicago and a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Hardt is actively involved in medical student and orthopaedic resident training. He is also involved in a number of hospital committees with an emphasis on quality care in orthopaedic surgery. He is a fellow member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. |

He is the vice chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and the director of fellowship training in adult reconstruction surgery. Dr. Manning is a graduate of Georgetown School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Chicago and a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Manning is an expert in the field of adult reconstruction and joint replacement surgery of the hip and knee. He is a nationally sought-after speaker in joint replacement and has won awards for his clinical, research and teaching activities. He is recognized as a “Best Physician” and “Top Physician” several years concurrently.
